Yesterday was the baby shower and it was absolutely perfect! We are so blessed to have so many great family and friends to shower us with love and gifts. Everything was decorated so nice and baby Luke got some great things.

What a great weekend! My mom spent most of today helping me organize Luke's room, cook a homemade dinner for me and Aaron to enjoy tonight, and even did my dishes and some laundry. She's the best!

We had a baptism seminar tonight too. We're thinking about baptizing Luke in November.

a little behind

I feel like we've been a little behind on blogging. That picture was taken Aug 12th and I was 32 weeks pregnant. Where has the time gone?! As of today we are 2 days from 34 weeks along so we have about 6 weeks left! (Baby about the size of cantaloupe!) So many things to do. As soon as I cross something off the list, I add something else. Pre-registered at hospital, made an appointment with a possible pediatrician, started packing for hospital, started organizing and cleaning the closets (I think nesting has officially started!), took our last prenatal class, and I know there's more on my list I just can't think of now. Oh and finish Luke's room.
My shower is this weekend and I couldn't be more excited! My sister is flying in and Aaron's mom and aunt are coming! I hope to see a lot more other family and friends too. I can't wait to see the fun things we'll have for Luke. Now if I can just get rid of this yucky cold.

OH! Aaron and I got to go to a pre-season saints game on Saturday. So fun! Although walking was so NOT fun! I definitely feel some pressure on my left side. I think Luke favors the left side of the uterus. His little bottom sticks out of my belly on that side. Here are some pics from the game:
